The owner's father is from Hiroshima, so we serve Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki.This traditional dish is made by piling cabbage, pork, and fried noodles on a thin layer of wheat flour, topped with a steamed egg. It can also be added to a course meal for an additional 500 yen (tax included), making it the perfect way to end your dinner.
